Community Pool > Swimming Lessons

The Harbor Springs Community Pool offers swimming lessons throughout the year.

During the School year, the Community Pool has a Fall, Winter, and Spring session. These classes meet once a week for 8 weeks, and are held in the mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings. Pre-school classes are 30 minutes long and are geared to the 4 - 5 year old child. Classes are limited to 8 students. Your child must be at least 36 inches tall.  And, the American red Cross Learn to Swim Program classes are 50 minutes long and geared towards children 6 and older.

During the Summer, the pool offers four sessions, which meet Monday through Friday for 2 weeks at various times during the day or you have the choice of evening classes where your child comes in once a week for 8 weeks.

Swimming Lessons are available for children as young as 6 months in our Parent-Tot class. Once your child turns 4 years old, they are able to begin our Pre-school classes.
