Harbor Springs Community Schools will be offering the following classes this summer:
Guitar Lessons with local musician, Chris Koury. Private 1/2 lessons on Mondays.
Classes start June 23rd. 8 weeks $120 Call to check available time slots.
"Work those Abs" Core Class will be held on Monday and Wednesday Mornings from 7am-8am starting June 9th at the Middle School gym. Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach, Phil Loesch from Northern Michigan Sports Medicine will concentrate on your "core" including your back and abdominal muscles. The goal is to learn effective flexibility, strengthening and balance exercises to increase your fitness level.
Iyengar Yoga with Mary Reilly will be on Wednesday mornings from 8am-9:30am starting June 11th at the Middle School Gym. Class fee: 12 weeks $132, 8 weeks $96 or Drop in $15. Additional class information and locations can be found at www.northwoodsyoga.com
